In my opinion its not bad at all

1) Technical Due diligence already done

2) Commercial due diligence complete

3) Future implementation terms Agrees

4) Its a Major, international partner

This is a very very large deal, and with ALL the legal issues involved its expected to take time.

Even when you buy a house its 42 days. My last house I bought because of legal issues and unforeseen circumstances took over 8 weeks!! and buying a house is a SMALL transaction.
