    I have to go back to my original comments.
    There has been someone unwinding their position over the past few weeks because (imho) they were aware of the delay
    CEO has not been forth coming about current situation as this must have been known some time ago
    Interesting that it is not one of our majors,
    Oh well at least i can now go back to sleep and wait until mid Dec and the next announcement.
