I'm looking forwards, not backwards as you are doing. The past is gone forever. We have different views and needs, but with that in mind I will respond to your post for what it's worth.

In small cap land when you have been listed for 20 years your share price matters. Its all that matters and this one clearly shows chronic under performance. Its not like there has been a change of management, its the same stock, the same team, the same results.

Presently more developed, more markets, more cash and more chance of cash flow improvement in the future as their plans unfold.

You bring the pandemic up as if its a negative. Remember when it started this was going to be driver for UCM, the device was critical to treating covid patients. They even said they had a calibration device for ventilators. How many sales so far? It was meant to have a clear path way to market remember? So now the pandemic is an excuse for not selling?

Clearly most medical companies got it wrong over that issue and failed to foretell that hospitals would be closed to sales staff with the problems on hand.

My comment re the CR was that it has not helped to grow the shareholder base, in reality it has simply given the top shareholders more control. They have no broker or fund manager support (Jetan has been there for ever), they are force multipliers, ie can push/support a stock. It goes to the management having no presence with the market.

It was offered to shareholders exclusively wasn't it, which makes your comment redundant.

Impatient? As noted the stock has been listed for 20 years, nearly everyone is under water. You talk as it if listed 12 months ago it has not, its been spinning this story for nearly 20 years.

As already discussed, this is not the same company it was 20 years ago. I'm looking forwards from here, not back 20 years, so we have this different view.

I have no expectations at all Bill, I wait for information, I assess that, I watch the market and I make calls based on that. I get it right sometimes, more often wrong but that;s investing. I cut the losers and move on.

I also have no expectation, this is a small speculative long termer for me, come what may. It's the ones that over invested in it that feel the pain, to me it never was a blue chip company and I invested accordingly.

In the case of a stock like UCM talk is cheap, its about delivery, any good will the market may have once had for them is long gone, its all about the numbers now.

Agree, so I can only wait and see how their plans unfold like all the rest.

But look on the bright side, there will some price strength as even a broken clock is right twice a day. I've no doubt you will get your chance to cash in.

If a company goes belly up it can be a complete loss of capital and never 'right' so to speak, so the analogy doesn't really apply here. I'm in no hurry to cash in, this is my long term speccy after all. So here we are on a wing and a prayer...... welcome to small cap land.
