It's interesting to note that the US$10 million to be paid by Xstrata for the option has not happened. Looking back at some of the previous reports, it was supposed to be paid at the beginning of 2009 (see the first quarterly report of 2009). After that, there is no mention of this option payment until the most recent quarterly in which it says due Q4 2010. What is happening here? Is it due Q4 2009 or Q4 2010? I cannot find any reference to the option payment date anywhere. If anyone can help, much appreciated.
