@Steini the previous top 10 big pharma buyouts have not exceeded higher than a 2x to the previous days SP. Regardless of the billions spent and the hype surrounding the product. Big Pharma could claim anything higher is unreasonable based on history. The lower the SP the cheaper they will purchase it.
