Why am I not surprised about this fiasco? At least we've finally received communication on the status of the application with the TGA, but it doesn't reflect well on ADO's senior management who seemingly aren't capable of making a brothel viable in an army camp located in the middle of a desert. Perhaps the TGA is being deliberately difficult, but I suspect that it is more likely that the ADO TGA application is simply not up to scratch. If we can't work out what precisely is required by the TGA, hire a consultant who has experience with or in the TGA, and preferably someone with good contacts. They should have done that in the first place. The seemingly different standards set to satisfy the TGA does warrant further investigation. It beats me how Chinese companies can pass the TGA test by providing simple and limited data that for all we know are based on falsified or cherry picked cases. I see that plenty of HC members are hopeful of a positive 4C to bail us out, but I'm not holding my breath. I'll be surprised if it shows more than a couple of hundred grand in commercial income. As for the battery tech and sepsis side of the business being a potential saviour, how many lightyears is that away when ADO can't even convert the once in a century opportunities of this pandemic into dollars? I have zero faith in ADO's senior management.
