Ok maybe that's oversimplfying but that is crazy.

I remember reading how much Adani spent to get its mine in place and pretty sure a billion+ bucks come to mind and the # of rules and regs they needed to address were in the many 1,000s and compared to some places in the US...there were like 15 rules/laws/regs they would have needed to take note of

And ya wonder why we struggle over here to get good projects up and out of the ground

Agree. But like global warming, oops, I mean climate change, jobs get created for scientists and environmentalists. Can't buck the system unfortunately
