why should the "insto's" get more of an opportunity than those who have been in the stock for years?

we are the ones who bought the stock in the single digit days when the "insto's" could not give a rats...

I would love a chance to pick up a lot of shares at $2 instead of some fat cat "insto's" manager who now that everything is going sweetly pops up and goes, hey give me some cheap shares, owww I am so clever buying TOX... thanks now I better pay myself a bonus for being sooo clever!!!
