We all know that companies have positives and sometimes negatives. We, as share holders, will always applaud the positives.
However, as shareholders, we can also make comments about the company when they get it wrong or are perhaps not performing as they should.
re you suggesting that those legitimate comments should not be made and those making the comments, are just whingers?
hould share holders who are investing their funds in a company be simply cheer leaders and only post positive comments?
I ask these two questions seriously as I would like your view on them.
PS: I made the comments I did as I don't believe the BOD has been performing as well as it should and, the attempt to get shares by calling them performance rights was wrong - and I think the withdrawal of those resolutions is clear evidence that it was valid to challenge them - and not whinging.
Using the word whinging is inflammatory - and I suspect that is why it was used.
