I bought in as a trade only and escaped at 27 cents.
Reason I exited was the article in the business section
of the ABC news last Friday about the broad market sell
off that had already commenced recently in the US
partly impacted by inflation concerns and interest rate rises
that will occur. I spoke about this a long time ago in regards
to Mayne’s accumulated debt. Not sure what current levels
are but SR doesn’t mind taking on debt at cheap levels and
spending share holders money. Mayne has accumulated debt
and yet it’s profits are dwindling. Reality is it all rides on the
prospects of E4. It’s a dangerous situation perhaps for MYX.
The market bounced today but Mayne didn’t and perhaps
there’s a reason for that. For my mind too much debt and a
lack of transparency from management in dangerous markets
is a potential disaster. I sold out at a small loss but better to
protect capital from my perspective. There’s always plenty of
opportunities just around the corner in the broader market
