DOU is based in Sydney and New York, it makes sense to establish the business here after the US where the dual HQs are located. The news will create positive sentiment on the market here as local investors like to see a company operating on home soil as it decreases sovereign risk.
I give zero credit to the idea of DOU folding within 12 months due to lack of capital. The high cash burn will need to be addressed to keep some respectability with instos (if that's still possible)

12 months? They’ll be lucky to last half that. Management have been pumping out inconsistent BS charts for many months. The truth is always held in the 4C and it shows that Dough is all fart and no poo.

I think its time to cur your loses on this fintech puff pastry.
