Target Occupancy Study (TOS), page-9

Hi @Ricksanchezc137 @Owl vs Fox @csrwin @Titans19 and any other people interested in drug development.

After several years of waiting, some useful details of the PET target occupancy study have finally emerged.
The links are in my most recent posts above.

I'm questioning why ACW used the Merck tracer in 2018-9 given that an allegedly more specific one for 11β-HSD1, namely [11C]-AS2471907, was discovered in 2016.

Also, your comments are welcome on: "The cerebellar cortex (CB) displayed a lower degree of occupancy by Xanamem® with a ~46%, ~64%, ~84%, and ~93% occupancy by 5, 10, 20, and 30 mg of Xanamem®, respectively."
I would have thought that high occupancy of every part of the brain was required.
