no liquidity no buyers

capital raise risk with the risk increasing ten fold

next raise will also more than likely have convertible notes attached (needed even without sezzle)

inflation numbers to come out shortly

now rumoured 5 rate hikes expected from fed this year

sezzle M&A which causes further dilution and will require more capital than what was presumed to be required pre sezzle.

geopolitical factors now in play, with war looming in Russia and Ukraine
