This is all just uneducated conjecture.
We don't know the reason TOE didn't make the current URA ETF rebalance or have any indication it won't be added in future.
I also expect Cameco is much better placed to make judgment calls about its business than you.
Whatever happens with TOE's regulatory approvals its U resource doesn't suddenly disappear or become worthless?
