Re-watched the AGM video today and here are a couple things

1. Regarding Off-take @ 35:19 (in the full video) - He is happy with the 50% that we have already committed. The other 50% has a lot of interest. At one point he says produced locally and "delivered to the USA" - he then corrects and says North America. He then comments on the fact that selling spodumene will not be a long term thing, that the goal is to produce Carbonate or Hydroxide in Quebec as quickly as possible.

My thought here is he hinting at the fact that we will not be writing any long term contracts for the other 50%, but instead selling it via auction like PLS. Will it be a US only Auction? Getting Auction prices for Spod vs Long term contract prices would accelerate the war chest accumulation for building the Carbonate/hydroxide plant.

2. Moblan - this was initially DFS'd for 2600 tpd - in his comments he states that they believe after the drill results are completed they will be at 4000+ tones per day. This sounds to me like they are expecting "at least" a 50% upgrade via the drill program at Moblan. (this does not include Lac Albert)

3. Carbonate plant at NAL could be completed by the end of 2024 for 1/2 the price of anyone starting from scratch.
