I've read so many stupid posts.... but never seen such an uninformed, irrational nonsense as you come out with.

Hospitals do not use "chlorine"..... what does chlorine smell like? try the swimming pool - do I read you write? Wrong, the smell at a swimming pool is the waste product of chlorine interactions.

" Pool smell is not due to chlorine, but to chloramines, chemical compounds that can form in pool water. Chloramines result from the combination of chlorine disinfectants and the perspiration, cosmetics, and urine that enter pools on the bodies of swimmers." ... https://www.chemicalsafetyfacts.org/chemistry-context/chloramines-understanding-pool-smell/

hospitals rarely use any disinfectants as it was found that such cause bacteria to develop/mutate resistance to cleaning agents. eg MRSA was the result of excessive disinfectant use in operating theatres. hence disinfectants stopped being used in NSW in the late 80's.
