Recently, that big 'on the up' finish has happened a lot for NIC, but usually it's one or two million shares bounce us up at the end of the day. On Friday, it was more than six million shares traded in the last minute to buoy the share price.
I don't know what to make of it, but can't help feeling it bodes well.
