indeed but they can convert to shares at any time so the problem is around about.
The issue that comes up quite often with these type of arrangements is that share price struggles to gain any traction - someone plays funny buggers with the share price - capping it at one end and propping it at the other.
sound familiar to the recent INL trading pattern.
