Some of the information I found during the weekend:

- Receipts from customers is increasing significantly since Jun 2021, but Dec 2021 Q's growth is minimal.
- Operating CF remains relatively stable, while Receipts increasing. I believe this is a sign of scalability.





Sales and Marketing:

This looks like the biggest weakness of AV1

- I looked at several review sites, and what I saw was not very encouraging in terms of number of reviews and how recent they are.
- The website provides little useful information, posts are updated irregularly, which seems to be changing since Jan 2022.
- Some google searches using key words such as "click fraud", "avoid click fraud", "reduce click fraud" do not show Traffic Guard on 1st page/ad.


Competitors:

- ClickCease and Human are whom I found.
- ClickCease looks like focusing on SMEs, while Human looks like a full-scale cyber security company.
- ClickCease is not available on Google Cloud Marketplace, while Human is there.
- Noticeably, they offer FB ads solutions, which AV1 does not seem to be offering at the time of this post. This is to me a weakness.

CRs:

- AV1 has been doing CRs consistently for a few years.
- Lowest issue price is 5.5c.

CONCLUSION

- The technology should have been developed throughout many years of investing and raising capital.
- Sales and Marketing have to be improved, quickly. It is unacceptable for a service related to online ads to perform like that. Hopefully the new CMO will solve the problem.
- Solutions for FB ads and other channels should be on the card to become a go-to solution for online advertising fraud prevention.
- Current price level is a good entry point.
