"Recently"??? Good god the belief it was a voluntary suspension goes back to when it started, about 8 months ago. There are still blind bats in here that believe it true.
Mind you some people actually think the latest financial settlement with the chinese entity over that specific fraud is OK too.
So maybe pigs do fly and the moon really is blue.
