Probably not much, on the face of it, i am not scare mongering here, but the programme is designed to offer up cheap loans to vulnerable countries who wish to expand/ improve their infrastructure , however, if you fail to repay, then the Chinese Govt may ask you to repay in kind by the way of part ownership of that said infrastructure.....

Argentinas economy is not that flash, so its vulnerable to entrapment.....like many other poor countries find themselves , funny that, most of these countries are rich in minerals.......

China plan is for world domination and complete control...........hence the establishment of 5 eyes.
