As with most stocks, some investors have lost money, some are sitting on profits (if they bought in, in 2020 or before).
The main question to be answered for anyone holding LRS, is whether the future potential with Brazil Lithium, Argentina Lithium and Western Australia Kaol/Hallo is greater than the current market cap (which IMO is absolutely miniscule given the assets we have).
