These deeper Triassic formations haven't been drilled in the Bedout, so they plan to test out the anomalies seen on the 3Dseis.. If the Dumont Sands come in with additional HC's, then it will b interesting to have as an additional tie-back in the future. These should also provide useful data on any Source Kitchen, palynology, gas isotope studies etc etc.

Being a new province they have a lot of drilling to do esp. after the latest round of K3Dseis. Any additional find/s could b tied back to the Dorado platform, hence the plan to future proof Dorado development & purchased FPSO for a 20yr project life with around 34 well (including tie-bk's).
