Last Friday I emailed Steve Forman regarding the need to have options attached to rights for the cap raising to succeed.
I wonder how much influence Steve has on the other board members.
I received a reply saying I was welcome to ring him at any time but not elaborating on my suggestion.
A 70 cents rights issue with an attached option would raise the same money as a 60 cents rights issue with non-attached options @ 10 cents. The former alternative would not destroy the share price & would in fact enhance it.
