The amazing part is that when buying this stock, you are buying at a very big discount to the NPV of the phosphate project as the sp simply has not kept pace with the rise in the value of the project from the rise in fertiliser prices over the last two years. That effectively means you are getting the Green ammonia project for free. That situation won't last forever.
