I could be wrong here as a real layman when it comes to these sort of things and also may have missed something in announcements but to sell Our test in Europe it appears that ADO have to get on the List which does appear likely any time in the future.
Considering if my research skills hold up was known back in June 2021, when did ADO advise shareholders of this, I can not find any mention of it.
Didnt they know about it back then, when did they become aware of this requirement and why the hell did they not tell shareholders.
Where is ASX asking the questions around continue reporting
Share holders have been lead up a shet pathway.
As for those that keep blaming the Governments of Australia maybe they need to look closer to home.
Time rhe BODs were held responsible for their complete lack of ability
