View attachment 4048205View attachment 4048208So I was out, and I might have had a hangover, and I live in WA where Covid is belatedly taking a leadership position and I was thinking about boosters and I remembered
@bloathog ’s thread and impulse bought all the lovely powerful things in the photos above.
And I have this half-used jar of green tomato pickle in the fridge that I am not keen on and wonder if I scraped that plus one garlic bulb (peeled ), half the ginger, and all(?) the chillies and turmeric into the blender and vitamised the lot if it would be edible.
I don’t have a lot of recipes that use chillies and often buy them and watch them shrivel on the window sill.
I want it to be easy, raw, and edible …… and I guess I don’t have to use the pickle which has quite a strong curry powder taste.
Can I use the chillies whole? … I know the seeds are hot (that seems to be a health thing).
Someone kindly gave me a fig jam the other day which I find a bit sweet so I can add some of that too.
