why do you think its a insto? what about when they buy a line with 12.5mill , then that to should be a insto, but we never see a change in sub. holder up or down ? cause they are far bigger player then those instos controlling the stock , when they are ready to move this little puppy nothing will stop her from going like a rocket ,time to be buying now , not worrying about instos and AGM's , be a bit patient and you will enjoy the ride all the way to 27c .
