I have re-listened to Jon's presentation and there is one thing that have caught my attention and I consider it very important when it comes to milestone payments. He stated: (time stamp 29.55) .....this $111 million over 2022 and 2023 is split between "TWO REGULATORY" milestone payments....
IMO, the next 2 regulatory milestones are: - NDA lodgement - mid 2022 - NDA approval - EOY 2022/early 2023
Other milestone which may follow could be the launch of trofinetide in 2023 after approval which may trigger a milestone payment but this is not a regulatory milestone.
My logic tells me that a milestone payment may be triggered in mid 2022 when NDA is lodged (probably several million AUD not more than that) Can you please find some flaws in my logic or tell me/us what other regulatory milestone you may see which would mean that no milestone payment triggered mid 2022 when NDA is lodged?
