either way z'mans - that's why i said it is your choice...
i have never added cash conversion when diluting market caps on specs. as money while playing a key role in progress ultimately vanishes - shares on issue do not...
but they do also elimnate the need for future raising when expiry comes around
if you want me to lay it down like that i will say
- it is cash backed @ 3.3c if all options are converted...
