    Hi (theseawolf)

Another way to look at this is.

If any of the Directors have an interest in other companies, and one of those companies take over any of the UMC tenements apart from Railway, they will not be looking after the interest of that other companies share holders.

They will not have shown to have done due diligence on the tenements as UMC Directors have done drilling, grab samples, trenching, aeromagnetic,Feasibility studies and they have shown to have nothing of interest,to low a Fe,unfinancial to mine, too hard to get to Port,no chance of Rail to get it to Port,no chance of getting Port allocation space, impossible to mine economically.

If any of the tenements ever get to be mined,it will prove UMC Directors did not look after share holders interest's.

This will come back to haunt them.

Just wait and see how ASIC will keep an eye on these tenements to see what happens with them.

If it is not viable for UMC it is not viable for any one.

UMC Directors are getting their options paid up to fully paid shares by BHP.
UMC Directors are looking to get the other tenements into another company and gain financially from these tenements that way.

UMC Directors have put any one else off from taking an interest in the tenements by allowing BHP to make the same bid as any one showing interest or bid above them.
So BHP have the last bid no matter what others want to offer.

If being an alternate Director means you know more then other share holders about the way this company is run or suppose to be run,how come you do not understand what is going on.
Again the Company Directors have not been shown to be doing due diligence by allowing you to be an alternate Director if you do not understand what normal share holders can see and know has been happening.

    Regards
    Westcott.
