@Acca I don't buy into this idea that announcements are minimalistic as a front for deception either. It is a senseless argument.

1. It would mean the company insiders were in it for themselves, and the only way to make any money out of a company without cash flow is through an appreciating share price. This means the BOD would have to "sell" the share price through repeated fluff announcements.

2. There is no way 4DS would have made it into imec.

The best explanation comes down to keeping a low profile to maximise any competitive advantage. When (if) the surprise is revealed, we need the competition to be shellshocked at what has been achieved. Then, and only at that time, will the value of 4DS truly be revealed.

In the meantime, the 4DS share price will remain significantly below its true value because the market won't be allowed to value it properly.
