LYP give ECT the coal for nothing?,Only if the government do a trade off in compensation for ETS in return LYP provide site and coal access,would estimate that LYP would be millions better off in ETS compensation.Also reduce their debt,.Banks would be happy.
Win win for government to be proactive in reduction of carbon emissions while securing coal industry ,LYP and new Coal Export market.
Now when will the ETS be finalized?
