As I see it, the company is doing okay despite some expected delays and over-budgeting. I work in the manufacturing industry, so I understand why WAK has all those issues. Retail investors usually see a capital raise as a terrible thing but it actually depends on when, how and how much and many other factors. For WAK, we all know that once it's in full production it will become a cash cow and we are getting close to that. Any further reasonable raise without much dilution is healthy and positive for the future. Importantly, I don't see any reason why WAK is not able to raise capital at a premium price (at least slightly higher than current SP). If retail investors will be given an opportunity to join SPP, I'm in. Look forward to seeing a re-rate in a few months.
