I think you need to take your own advice. I looked on Seek and the average salary for a senior (not basic) software engineer is $180k + Super. AF earns more than that in a quarter. Exactly why he feels entitled to such a significant chunk of what little revenue is being generated by this company I have no idea. If the company was making $5m+ per quarter then I would have a different view.
Why would the employees be running for the hills if they are being compensated well? That doesn't make sense.
With all those exclamation points in your post I'm fairly certain I know who is letting their emotions control them.
