    Sorry to all you guys who lost money through Dixons & URF. In terms of URF I might suggest holding (if you can stomach it) the discount to NAV is large. Once the prefs are dealt with the risk should lower and the discount to NAV will close and NY property should gradually recover. It is unlikely SP to be 60c (unless corporate action) but I could see 50c in a year. DYOR
