I hear your view, but I assure you, I'm not just missing "fluff".

Rather, there is absolutely no effort to maintain a supportive register. Other companies needing to observe silence are able to do so without alienating their LTH's.

Just have a look at recent speeding ticket responses from both BRN and 4DS. BRN takes the opportunity to explain a little more of the narrative in an accurate and constructive way. 4DS is only good for "nothing to see here".

4DS doesn't fit in the "co-operative" category for mine. And hasn't done so for a long time now. Frankly there's an objectionable odour pervading our little gorilla enclosure these days. 8tey has recently marked out instances where it appears we have received less than full and timely disclosure. If you can agree those elements, then it's either get off the pot, or recognise you are sitting in it till the contract cleaner arrives!
