I agree with you about the lack of mgmt transparency in their communication to SHs especially after CR.
However, could you please elaborate on why you believe the design and the options were a sort of compromise?
IMO they should have given options to the current holders and invite instos to join CR like any other company would have done, instead they let the instos manipulate the price down and buy before the recorded date so that they could double their fill on oppies.
