O.K ... Here it is......
So as far as I can see , I haven't seen any of this information posted since the ' flurry ' of my posts back around mid November , with my further observations pertaining to the ' specific ' wording chosen by B.L when discussing the recent acquisition of the new claims and ground called Lac Albert.
And more specifically , I believe the focus should be brought more to the attention to when B.L states in the AGM presentation that " you can see that we have made another acquisition .....which Surrounds Moblan ....and is Strategic " He also mentions later on of not missing the opportunity when it came up to acquire the significant position ' Adjoining ' Moblan .
And I found this ' New ' narrative interesting because when the acquisition of these additional claims were announced and following my post showed that they were NOT bordering Winsome's or Vision Lithium tenements due the distance and location to the Assinica National Park .
So I proceeded after that acquisition announcement to ' dust off ' my files and reconcile the significant ' strategic ' connections between that announcement and the AGM narrative a little further.
And it goes something like this :-
So it starts by reflecting and reviewing the following excerpt paragraphs from my post
Post #: 57681280 from back in November 2021.
" And here's where it gets even more Interesting folks. Now I don't know how they the Quebec Government got their hands on this former Osisko - Beaufield - UrbanGold - Troilus part of the tenements package or when this happened ( as their is no official documentation of this event ) ....... However , what I do know is that they Miniere Q One Inc who's registered principal economic activity is' Other services related to mineral extraction ' was incorporated on4th June 2019......orONLYone month prior to the Governments EIS in depth Q&A actions on the Moblan mine proposition. "
" In addition to this ' commonality ' it can also be found that Miniere Q One Inc's registered address of 4744 Rue Des Pommeteirs in St Hubert Quebec ......is the same exact registered address of Guo Ao Lithium Ltd as well as Guo Ao Neotec Lithium ( Quebec ) as well. "
" So based on this perspective , I would definitely be asking the Question a any forthcoming AGM if there is more to the Moblan deposit and / or arrangements with Miniere Q One Inc than meets the eye...... Because up until now , we haven't even been advised of their ( Miniere Q One Inc's ) existence. "
So then when you put those research points together with the statements made in the Lac Albert acquisition announcement , and you get the following below MAP extrapolations and interpretations which whilst not exactly ' Scale ' when it comes to the profile of the share , it still clearly shows if you follow the connecting black lines , that the Lac Albert block completely fits in to the immediate Border to the Miniere Q One expanded ground ' Surrounding ' Moblan and which was previously Beaufield - Troilus and quite possibly Osisko. prior to June 2019 when Minere Q One was incorporated and conveniently created.
So the wording as per the ASX announcement on 25th January " Sayona expands Northern Quebec Lithium Hub - 121 claims " is as follows :-
"Located 3.5km west of the Moblan project, the new claims, known as the Lac Albert Project, span 6,59hectares and will be assessed for lithium pegmatite occurrences during the upcoming Northern Hemispheresummer. The Moblan project covers around 433 ha for a total of 20 claims, with Sayona holding a 60%interest (SOQUEM Inc. 40%). The new claims are separate to the current Moblan joint venture agreement. "
Reconstructed MAPs as follows. I note that at least 8 target lithium showings ( with 2 major ones within and on the border with Miniere Q One's border ) and another 6 which are on the North East / South - West trending geological features of the Frotet - Evans Greenstone Belt.
So it is quite possible that SOQUEM had already done a Lithium Minerals tenements deal with Troilus and Osisko as part of the pre-formation of Miniere Q One and in response to it's own EIS Q&A query regarding the ' Western Tenements ' to Moblan being on someone else's tenements for the proposal of some of the mine site infrastructure . So it would appear that that problem has been solved sometime between June 2019 and now ......and that Sayona has indeed solidified this overall Northern HUB strategy through the bolt on acquisition of this highly prospective and known Lithium pegmatite field to the immediate Western Boundary. And we already know that Vision staked 131 additional adjacent claims in February 2021 ( an increase of 646% ) to its previously held 24 claims at its Sirmac Lithium project and which extended its project in the easterly direction by 10 kilometres where previously its was 40 kilometres away from Moblan.
So that now places Sayona's Lac Albert along the same trend as Vision's Sirmac Property of around 23.5 kilometres away and a little further for Winsome's Sirmac-Clapier showing.
