I agree Twins, how much easier will it be to just take a pill than to employ nurses to give injections. This will be so important in developing countries where the vaccine is desperately needed and where medical facilities are so scarce. Even in developed countries where access to medical facilities is freely available people still have a fear of injections and would, I feel sure, prefer to take a pill over an injection any day....I know I would.
