Fair enough nothing wrong with getting 'clarification'

This is from the flames ANN "Construction work is progressing on schedule with Black Mesa team members regularly on-site monitoring progress and ensuring that construction of the pad and access road is completed safely, efficiently and within budget"

For me that reads we have 'budgeted' for the flames i dont think they would of started the pad if they thought they would 'run out of money' half way. I would add in im pretty sure we ensured we had the $$$ before we started building Rangers and Jewell.

But there is nothing wrong with being thorough keep us posted!

If there is no need for further CR DP seem pretty consistent the rest of the 20 well project would be funded by the profits from the original 3 wells
