Your reading into these trades way too much , thats just someone using an Algo to buy or sell at Vwap , {74.2248} quite common , they are just getting the best price possible without lifting or dropping the price or jumping the spread , so no manipulation , just someone getting as much bang for their buck as possible.
Whos doing it ? probably not reatil punters .
