No the announcement says that the relationship is a lot more than that.

It specifically mentions both non-exclusive licences (UK Ireland) and Exclusive licences (Italy, Baltics etc.) held by Greenhouse for the Primobius tech.

I contacted Neometals in October to question the first HNR/Greenhouse announcement and was told by the company secretary at that time that no agreements with Greenhouse existed.

We have now learnt that is not (or no longer) true (as per post by @acwbagnall)

I am currently awaiting a call back from the Investor Relations manager (Jeremy) to clarify why NMT has not announced any of these agreements.

Either NMT are not managing their constant (and timely) disclosure obligations or HNR are misinforming their shareholders.
