Many do not have patience, they are in a stock for maximum for 3 months and loose patience and start getting frustrated, we can clearly create a profile of new posters here , either they have heard about ASN in ********* or through some facebook post or in some youtube video and saw Lithium attached to it and saw the 5 year chart history and saw some news and how stock reacts to news and saw the risk/reward ration is good and jumped on and when things does not go their way start to crib and call out management etc etc, no wonder 90 percent of traders loose money in stock market.

Healthy criticism is good, not just cribbing day in day out, yes management need to pick pace and should not play for top20 gallery... but contribute and share you understanding of the company, some of them here really need to understand this company better...
