As a long suffering shareholder I struggle reading your posts Precis – I understand the recent SP disappointment however the Veris management should be congratulated to strike a deal of this size that enables them to now focus on one strategy with no debt and an operational data spatial platform (that is that is no longer concept) to leverage in the future. If anything I have learnt about the Aqura deal is that Veris can organically grow technology capability within the portfolio and capitalise on the investment in the future. I say well done to the Veris CEO and the Board.
