I agree that this is allocation of shares is unwarranted given the delays and the situation of the company, however I would like to know others opinions as to why they think Donna Skerret does not deserve this.
My opinion is that she does not deserve it because the actions taken by her were not significant enough to be worth 780,000. Also that the company is not in a good enough financial position to be awarding shares in this way. If we were making $$$ or hadn't slipped the timelines and a call raise was totally off the table it would be a different story
