suspect a few of you(but not many) are still in the game and paying for performing staff . you would know this is a v cheap way of getting great quality and holding them (golden handcuffs) and unless you are part of central management you really are postulating scenarios. Read between the lines --existing founders /management clearly have immense faith in the long term value of this business and intend to achieve it. Only they know what is really going on. your choices are .... ????
