Yup correct. However P/E only accounts for price vs earnings. Spod in the ground doesn't count for anything in the calc if you don't get it out of the ground and sell it. HOWEVER without that ore in the ground - PLS wouldn't be talking about doing 1mil tonnes pa (and possibly onwards and upwards) spod production. Unless they wanted a significantly depreciated mine life.

I re-iterate P/E is not the be all and end all to quantify a current and future share price. DYOR.

@Bluegoose can confirm went with a P/E ratio between 10-15 for these various price points.

@sf - I'll tell you when I've retired, however can confirm not a politician wink.png

@sunnyaus - Yup 100% - trying to be as conservative as possible. However note: I didn't include capex costs of expansion projects (however did include revenues) - so might even out somewhat. The reason being is I don't have the faintest clue at how much these expansion projects will cost. If anyone wants to provide them to me (with a reasonable basis) I can chuck them in the calc. Time will tell - future announcements expected this year (if all pans out).

Note: Just to iterate to everyone: I'm in this share for the long-term. I couldn't care less what happens to the SP in the short-term.
