I am actually thinking they bought in more because of the Montage project in cote d'ivoire (Orca Gold owns 30% of the company which owns it...).
Has lots of gold. Low grade, but... a Tier 2 project. The Sudan project looks even better, but... its location is questionable at best. But... there are gold mine there...

PRU just looking longer term perhaps? Almost like land banking two very nicely sized gold deposits.
Plus they were able to do the deal with RSG, who are on their knees and likely going to dilute shareholders into oblivion.
