FIRB approvals still have not been lodged as well. Expected to be lodged mid December then completed by March 2010. Given the lack of transparency with the FIRB recently and not knowing who this is then I dont think anyone can say objectively say that FIRB is done and dusted.
im thinking more and more about a sell MEO buy MOG strategy post CR right now as someone posted on this thread, seems this was a great move at the time given how things have panned out. Its almost like you get three shots at the prize while with MEO who knows? my faith in their management is shaken wheras MOG have done everything right so far.
